Bedrooms for staying in all season

We are now well into autumn, the season of chilly days, raincoats, cups of tea, blankets, nostalgic music and afternoons spent watching movies.

We don’t know if you agree, but we are convinced that autumn is the perfect time of year for spending time in the bedroom, surrounded by the comforting warmth of earth tones and wood textures, whilst sipping a hot tea and gazing out of the window.

And with this in mind, we have come up with 4 ideas for bedrooms guaranteed to keep you cosy this winter; 4 settings that will make you want to stay in all season.

The first is a spacious bedroom for nature lovers. Earth tones, chocolate brown and pearl blue...all flooded with light that enters through a spectacular window covering the entire façade. The light shines on the floor tiles, in this case from the Timeless collection by Metropol, wood-effect porcelain tiles that are ideal for a minimalistic autumn room that would look perfectly in place in a mountain lodge.

The next option is a particular favourite. More than a bedroom, this is a haven designed for enjoying hour after hour, losing all notion of time. A bright bedroom characterised by the choice of colours. White for the sanitaryware and grey for the Camelot collection by Casainfinita. They may initially seem cold, but when combined with wood and warm tone textiles, the room is transformed into the perfect space for whiling away those autumn days.

What’s more, by eliminating walls and doors and using the same tiles for both walls and floors throughout the bedroom and bathroom, the overall effect is one of perfect integration. This is possible thanks to the anti-slip finish of Camelot floor tiles, making them suitable for use in any room. Don’t you agree that this is the perfect room for keeping out of the cold?

Our third choice of bedroom is by far the most sophisticated. A room for true romantics, who love gazing at the moon whilst lying in bed. An attic room is every child’s (and adult’s) dream. The bed is backed by a wall in beige tones from the Next collection by Casainfinita, which acts as the bedhead. For a cosy-chic touch, scattered fur rugs and loads of cushions for lounging on a rainy afternoon.

The final room is all about classic elegance and simplicity. Wood forms the focal point, providing the perfect match for the Boreal collection by Keraben. Wood is characterised by its warmth, turning any bedroom into a cosy space and perfect for spending long hours reading.
