The latest in ceramic tiles by Keraben Group

Yet again Keraben Grupo was present at Cevisama, one of the best-known events for the Spanish tile industry.

19 February 2018

At this last edition of Cevisama, the company presented the new formats, textures and finishes that it has added to its wide range of products with a view to offering customers all-round tile solutions through its three brand names: Keraben, Metropol and Casainfinita.

Boreal of Keraben

At an over 1,000m2 stand under the slogan `Slow Life’, visitors could get to see the latest models of wall and floor tiles displayed in a series of restful, welcome settings in the form of a resort.

Following the approach to design that characterizes the company, Keraben Grupo’s brands continue to focus on tiles with natural influences in a wide variety of extra-large formats. As for their colours, greys and neutral colours, like beige and cream, play a starring role in most of the collections presented this year.

Chic of Keraben

Among the new products presented by Keraben, special mention must be made of the Romance collection, inspired by elm wood, with a warm cosy appearance; the stone-effect Boreal and Mixit series, due to the highly natural designs of each of their models; and the distinctive Chic collection, which drew all eyes, inspired by sophisticated modern wallpaper.

In Metropol’s display areas, collections with natural influences also attracted attention, like Timeless, based on oak’s warm shades; Inspired, evocative of stone, with new large formats and new decorative wall tiles in a lappato finish; or Stoneage, which combines the essence of past and present in stone-effect tiles with a strong design appeal.

Timeless of Metropol

As for Casainfinita, minimalist settings predominated, where stone and cement-effect tiles featured predominantly in new colours: dark greys and graphites in a breakaway from the neutral colours of almost all the collections. At its stand, the new Khan series stood out, inspired by Italian ‘Pietra di Cardoso’ stone, together with Touch, a new cement-effect collection, and Terranova, a new take on slate in new extra-large formats, in line with this year’s trend.

Touch of Casainfinita

Keraben Grupo continues to create collections with top-quality finishes, developed in-house using processes unique to the sector. The highlight this season is the Antislip Shoeless PLUS finish: an improved version of a non-slip porcelain tile finish that surpasses its predecessor, Antislip Shoeless. The new finish, with its subtly honed appearance and even more silky feel, can even be laid on surfaces with less stringent technical requirements.

In short, the group has come up with an all-round choice of new products aimed at transforming settings into unique, trendsetting, restful backdrops.
